Black List

Sometimes it happens that I don't want to book my concerts in certain clubs for a past unfair treatment, or as a CEO I don't want to send invites to ill-behaving acts: is it possible to implement some sort of "black list" function for artists, people and clubs (e.g. filling a blank list in the user options' tab with locale id or character id and then having the choice to change the highlighting color of the blacklisted ones)?

Black listing of clubs is already planned, but black listing of bands is a new idea. I will add that to the Feature Ideas list.
