Sorry for my bad english, i hope to be clear.
I think that the only problem with Popomungo is that is't very slow to load the City page.
But it's very useful in city with foreign languages as Cirillic, Japanese...
So i tougth it'd be a good idea to add a new option tab in which we can decide for which cities the City page feature is enabled or disabled.

Yeah, the loading time is quite long. I don't know if that's the best solution, but it might work.

Thanks for the feedback. I can first check if I can optimize the code and make it faster. If that does not help, I'll work around the problem some other way.
