I suggest that every locale or character or artist, record, etc. should have a link next to its name to copy the forum link to clipboard.
Example of locale:

UFRJ [b][/b]
Type: School
City: Rio de Janeiro
(...)

When clicking on the link next to UFRJ the text [localeid=128943 name=UFRJ] should be copied to clipboard.
The localeid can be get by the "General information" link of the locale page;
The characterid can be get by the "Character page" link of the character page;
And so on
