When character shortcuts are enabled, locale shortcuts cannot be turned off. The setup I tried to apply was no locale shortcuts, but character shortcut for messages.

Edit: When I disable locale shortcuts, type of locale shortcut grays out but still keeps the value (and works like it does) when character shortcuts are enabled

Little finnish because I feel like I wasnt clear enough:
eli jos jätän kiinteistöön siirtymiseen täpän niin se linkki tulee vaikka olisi kiinteistöille ponnahdusikkunat pois, kun hahmoille ponnahdusikkunat käytössä. :P
