I know there's a Recent changes thingy on the mozilla addons page, but would it be possible to add one to the main Popomungo page? I know it's kinda stressful to update everything every time a new version comes out, but... well, I have no arguments to defend against that. Just do it or not :)
By the way, the Popomungo download link on the main page of the forums is outdated ;)

There is a recent changes (= version history) page. Is that what you were looking for?
ps. Firefox 3 brings a new feature that allows you to list the change log before you decide whether you want to install an update or not.
ps2. Yeah, I have been lazy. I will update the main page ;)

You could add a link to the page you mentioned on the main page just for easier access, if that's not much trouble.
