Troubleshooting
- Open the Popomungo options dialog and verify that the character options (language, date and time setting) are correct.
- Check the Popomungo version: Go to Tools -> Add-ons and ensure
that the version is the latest one. - Disable the other scripts temporarily (e.g. Greasemonkey). After
that, visit the problematic page and check if the problem still
exists. If you have other extensions that alter web pages (e.g. Stylish), disable
also those temporarily. - Check the Firefox Error Console for errors: Log into Popmundo and
visit the problematic page. Open the console (Tools -> Error
Console) and verify that there is no error messages. If the console
has not been installed on Firefox, install Console2 from http://console2.mozdev.org - Enable Popomungo error alert: Open URL
chrome://popomungo/content/advancedOptionsDialog/advancedOptionsDialog.xul and put a check mark on Alert on error box. Close the dialog. - As the last resort enable Popomungo trace: Open URL
chrome://popomungo/content/advancedOptionsDialog/advancedOptionsDialog.xul
and enter value 1 to Trace Level text box (the default value is
0). Log into Popmundo and just before you visit the problematic
page, open the Firefox Error Console and clear out all the messages.
Enable Errors, Warnings and Messages on the console. Visit the
problematic page. Open the error console again and check the messages.
